Aylesbury Duck is made from a soft white winter wheat sourced directly from local farmers in the Western Rockies of Canada. The distillers make their own mash and oversee the whole process from wheat kernel to final distillation. The water used comes from a well in Mendocino county and it is exceptionally soft (only 4 particles per million). They use no carbon treatment in order to have a vodka with character, resulting in a vodka you can add to anything!
The bottle itself is designed by bartenders for the most optimal use. It has gripping spots that best fit your hand in every position you can imagine holding the bottle. The labels themselves are designed to come off flawlessly and the bottle has a scale with exact measurements in fluid ounces and liters, which makes it great for inventory control, batching cocktails, and can be used to measure recipes for house-made syrups and infusions.
