Mexican Mind Eraser
1 oz Patron XO Cafe
1 oz Ultimat Vodka
1 oz Club Soda (Topo Chico if available)
Thick lemon peel for garnish
1. Add crushed or pebbled ice in a champagne flue. (Crushed ice should be above the glass snow cone style, held in place by the lemon peel.)
2. Add Patron XO Cafe, Ultimat Vodka, and club soda directly to the glass.
3. Garnish with a thick lemon twist around the entire rim and serve with a straw.
