Cassis Royal
1 oz. Mathilde Cassis
1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
4 oz. Champagne
Build Mathilde and Cognac in a pint glass. Shake three times over ice and pour into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a long orange twist and orange bitters.
