Ferrand Julep

2.5 oz. Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac

.5 oz. Water

5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves

.35 oz. Sugar

Add sugar and water and mix together with the mint leaves and muddle them all together. Then add 1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre and fill with crushed ice. Stir until the glass has frosted and add another 1 oz. of Pierre Ferrand Ambre. Garnish with 2 or 3 Mint leaves with stalk. Sit back and Enjoy!
