Hello and welcome to the All-Star Liquors FAQ page where we try to answer any and all questions that you may have about our store and services. 1) What do I need to pick up my Road Trip order?

You simply need to come to the location you selected when placing your Road Trip order and tell any employee that you are picking up a Road Trip order. You will be asked for your name and the pickup name and/or your Road Trip ID. If you are picking up for someone else, you will also need to provide the name of the person you are picking up for.

Please be aware that we make every effort to expedite road trip orders and as with all orders we suggest at least 24 hours notice to ensure that your order is completed correctly. We can and will process orders for same day pickup, however, in-store customers do take priority over will-call orders and same day orders can be delayed if they are placed during peak business hours.
 

2) Do I need to come in the store to pick up my Road Trip order or can I call from the parking lot and have it brought out to me?

You will need to come into the store but once we have verified your order and Road Trip ID, our employees will be more than happy to carry it out to your vehicle for you and load it up!

Please be aware that we make every effort to expedite road trip orders and as with all orders we suggest at least 24 hours notice to ensure that your order is completed correctly. 3) Is there a special window or section in the store where I go to pick up my Road Trip order?

No, just let any employee know you are picking up a Road Trip order and they’ll get you sorted and on your way immediately.
 

4) Does the person picking up the Road Trip order need to be 21 or older?

Absolutely. As with any purchase, we must verify ID at the counter meaning anyone coming in to pick up a Road Trip order must be 21 or older.
 

5) Does the person placing the order need to be 21 or older?

Absolutely. There is a disclaimer throughout the Road Trip online store that anyone using this service must be 21 or older.
 

6) If I use the Road Trip service, am I paying the same price as in the store including all sale prices and special promotions?

Yes. When prices are updated in our stores, they are automatically updated for our Road Trip online store at the same time so you are always paying the exact same price.
 

7) Can I also order kegs, taps, and specialty items on the Road Trip service as well?

Yes. However, for these specialty items, you will need to contact us with your request once you have your Road Trip ID. Don’t worry: We make it super simple to contact us within the Road Trip online store and we will get back to you with pricing and availability within minutes!

Please be aware that we make every effort to stock sufficient quantities to fill orders, however, if you are ordering specialty items or large quantities we advise that you give us at least a week prior notice to ensure that we have enough product shipped to us in order to fill your request.
 

8) Do I pay for my Road Trip order online or at the cash register?

You must pay for your Road Trip order online and then our team will pick, pack, and have your order waiting for you within 24 hours of order placement.
 

9) What if my friends and I are having a gathering and we all want to order different things but only have one person come and pick it all up?

Perfect! Our Road Trip Service is perfect for helping friends coordinate purchases for major gatherings and packing it all up into one order for one person to swing by and pick up. Here’s how it works:

First, one person needs to Start a Road Trip and place their individual order which will then generate a unique Road Trip ID. You can quickly send this Road Trip ID out to your friends via email, text, Facebook or Twitter. They can then click on that link where they will be taken to the Road Trip online store and be able to see what you ordered and then place their own order which they will then pay for during their online visit. You can add as many individual orders to your Road Trip ID and then one person can come in and pick it all up! Don’t worry: We’ll be sure to package each individual order separately and label everything for you so everyone can find their purchases quickly when it gets to its final destination!
 

10) Is the Road Trip Service available at both locations?

Yes. When completing your order, you can choose to pick up from either the Smith River or Hilt locations and the appropriate location will be notified and have everything labeled and packed up waiting for you. Please be aware that not all items are available in both locations, in such cases the item description will specify location availability.
 

11) What if I am picking up a Road Trip order for someone else but I lose the Road Trip ID?

No worries. So long as you know the name of the person who placed the order and were designated as the pick up person (and have your ID on you of course), you’ll be able to pick up the order.
 

12) What our your hours of operation?

Our Smith River location is open from 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-8pm Sunday. Our Hilt location is open from 9am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-7pm Sunday.
 

13) Do you close on Holidays?

The only 2 days we are closed is Thanksgiving and Christmas to give employees time with their families. Other than that we are always open!
 

14) I would like to seek employment with All Star Liquors, how do I apply?
